Credit / Debit Card Processing Change

We have recently changed our credit card processing company and we'll soon be emailing any customers who pay their monthly invoices by credit or debit card to either setup a Direct Debit mandate or re-enter their credit card details in our secure portal.

We would strongly recommend paying by Direct Debit but if you wish to continue paying by card, please remember that a £2 surcharge will be added to your account each month.

If you are required to update your card information, we will notify you by email. You may also log in to Your Account from our website and should any updates be required, you will be re-directed to the correct page.
